What about the Steinbach Nutcrackers appearence?
Steinbach Nutcrackers are hand-crafted and no two pieces are exactly the same. There may be some variations from the images online but the basic shape, style, and size will remain the same. Prices, sizes, colors and styles are subject to change without notice.
I can't find what I am looking for?
At simplysteinbach.com, we want our customers to be satisfied. Our inventory is large and it would be impossible to list every item online that we carry. Our merchandise is updated regularly. If there is an item you want and it is not listed on our site at this time contact us at sales@simplysteinbach.com with product description and quantity and we will use our resources to get it for you!
What about sales tax?
We are required to charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey, USA.
What about Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates must be redeemed for merchandise at www.simplysteinbach.com within 1 year of the purchase date. Great Gift Idea.
What about shipping costs?

When should I expect delivery?
Almost all of our Steinbach Nutcrackers leave the warehouse usually within two to three business days after your order. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA. All backorders that arrive in the Fall will be shipped unless order is cancelled by customer prior to shipment.
What about delivery times ?
UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air shipping is available. Please bear in mind that it may take some more time to ship our Steinbach Nutcrackers from the warehouse during the heavy Christmas shopping season. Please email us at service@simplysteinbach.com with questions about your shipping requirements.
What if I want to return something?
Our Steinbach Nutcrackers are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. This is why we have such an excellent policy.
1. You must inspect all items upon receipt.
2. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing.
3. You can return any item for a refund (less shipping cost) if you notify us within 14 days of receipt to be issued an RA#. No returns accepted without a RA#.
4.For damage claims, defects, and missing parts/items, we must be notified within the following REASONABLE five (5) days of your RECEIVED DELIVERY DATE to correct, replace, file damage claim, or issue credit.(The sooner we know of an issue the better to assist you, while we still may have stock to replace, especially during the busy holiday season).You must inspect all items upon receipt. No Exceptions
