When you order from us, your credit card purchase is processed in real time by secure (SSL) eCommerce servers run by YAHOO.COM!. Then your order is encrypted before being sent to us! Your billing description will say UBRANDS/UNIVERSAL BRANDS/SIMPLYSTEINBACH.COM.(our partner site).
How "up-to-date" are your products?
We update our site with the latest Rocking Horses as they become available from the manufacturers!
I can't find what I am looking for?
We want our customers to be satisfied. Our inventory is large and it would be impossible to list every item online that we carry. Our merchandise is updated regularly. If there is an item you want and it is not listed on our site at this time contact us - email us with product description and quantity and we will use our resources to get it for you!
What about sales tax?
We are required to charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey, USA.
What about shipping costs?

When should I expect delivery?
Almost all of our Rocking Horses leave the warehouse usually within two to five business days after your order. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA.
What about delivery times ?
UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air shipping is available. Please bear in mind that it may take some more time to ship our Rocking Horses from the warehouse during the heavy Christmas shopping season. Email Us with questions about your shipping requirements.
What if I want to return something?
Our Rocking Horses are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. This is why we have such an excellent policy.
Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing.
You can return any item for a refund (less shipping cost) if you notify us within 14 days of receipt to be issued an RA#. No returns accepted without a RA#.
For damage claims, defects, and missing parts, we must be notified within the following 4 days from your receipt from UPS to correct, replace, file damage claim, or issue credit. Returns subject to a low 10% restocking fee. Simply email us at service@simplysteinbach.com
